Liked the a double room we had. Need to add that swimming pool view was a nice bonus. The location was magnificent in the middle of jackson, feet from Mejorada Park. All the employees were helpful and lovely.

Incredibly beautiful hotel with exceptional staff, has fantastic location in the center. The building is new and the rooms are clean and fairly quiet. It was my second trip and I would happily go back again...

the suite was amazing, included an electronic key card, a work desk, and a tv. the bed was big and there was free wi-fi. the staff were exceptional and superfriendly and the location was excellent in the middle of the city.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location, close to all the attractions. The room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly and responsive, making me feel at home. Although there was a minor issue with the pool system, the hotel quickly resolved it and ensured my comfort. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The venue is conveniently located in the heart of Mérida, close to excellent restaurants and shops. Found a charming restaurant called Cartas a Frida nearby where I had a lovely supper. - the room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with all essential amenities such as climate control, multi-channel TV, and an electronic key card.

Our recent stay at Acqua In Bocca was a delight. The location was perfect, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. The room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure, making for a refreshing experience. The attentive staff made us feel welcome and were quick to respond to our needs. Although the pool was too cold to swim in during January, it was still a beautiful area to relax in. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Merida.

The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. I loved being able to walk to the Plaza Grande in just a few minutes. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment for my weekend getaway.

There were a couple of minor issues that I experienced during my stay. there was some construction noise during the day, which occasionally interrupted my rest.
